$20 a year to view a Star Wars website.

 

What is it? Some sort of new geek society?

 

Nope, most of the official Star Wars site can only be viewed by fans who pay for it.

Go check it out here. You'll notice a lot of things there have a symbol next to it. And you can only view those things if you pay $20 a year. Now, that is going a bit far.

Yeah, seems to me info on the other movies was free. Damn them to hell!

I refuse to subscribe. I'm not paying $20 US for that. Even if I pay and find out early, the stuff will still happen in the movie.

 

Very true and it will be cheaper to see the movies. It was free before. I mean GL is rich beyond his means! Are we not loyal fans enough that buy the merchandise, see the movies, read the books and now we have to pay for a damn website!!!!!

I don't read the books...I meant for the people who do. I read only "reference-like" Star Wars books.

 

I see. Does that mean you wouldn't want some for your birthday?

 

The only Star Wars books I have are "Darth Maul Shadow Hunter" and the novelization for ANH. And a reference book from TPM.
