I think you are more apt to get Kylo telling her she is Luke's daughter after Luke hasn't said anything until that point than you are the brother angle

 

Yeah, In Bloodlines Leia makes no mention of having any children other than Ben. Safe to say that particular theory is debunked, without a major retcon.
