I cannot size icons in photoshop cs 4.

I try to write 50-50 where i should but it just modifies it for some reason and it does it in Gimp too.

I associate certain icons irreversibly with posters now and get confused if I see them elsewhere. jp's is one of them.

 

I think you have to go into Edit > Transform > Scale. Or Try Photoshop CS5.
