I f Obi-Wan Was In Love With Padme, How Would He Tell Her?

I dunno. I'm just bored. Had nothin' else to do. But I say he goes up to Padme and holds her and tells her how much he loves her. Waddya Think?

I'm sure I'm just really obtuse, but I don't see any evidence of Obi-Wan's love for Padme anywhere, so I guess that this is a moot point for me!

 

I find it nauseating to imagine a 40 year old man lusting after a 24 year old girl that he met when she was 14. Yuck.

He isn't a dirty old man that ogles his apprentice's wife. He showed more affection for Dexter than he has ever shown for Padme.

Where did ya get those numbers from?
Obi was aprox 20 in ep1 and Padme was 14. There is only a 6 year gap between them.

Obi-Wan is 25 in TPM so 35 in AoTC. An 11 year age difference between him and Padme - not a big deal IMHO

I think he would wait to see how she feels rather than say anything.

 

Well, if he went for the whole Moulin Rouge act, I'm sure she would be his very very quickly. I can just imagine Obi singing "Come What May" to Padme.
