It's not as expensive as most schools of the same quality.
Cheer up, you won't go to hell for attending a different school. [face_devil]

BYU costs more for residents because they are trying to encourage out of state people to attend.

I'd go to BYU Hawaii if were you. If you got in to BYU you can get in there.

I am sorry you were accepted to BYU. If you go and if you grow a beard, make sure you get it licenced asap.

See I'd want to be out of state. I need to go someplace warm during the winter.

Well I'm a native, you'd think I would be used to the weather by now. You never do.

It really costs more for in-state students? In the college directory I have, I swear it said a price nearly 3 times for out of state students. Not to mention the fees for housing.

No, BYU actually favors people from out of state. It is much easier to get in and get scholarships if you are. I guess they figure people in state don't need it to find Mormon spouses. I will probably go there to get my BS, but go to some other place that is cheaper to get my generals. BTW, I also got accepted to USU and Snow, but I was too late to get a scholarship from Snow.

Don't feel bad about not going- Jesus wouldn't be accepted if he were to exist and come dressed as he would have dressed before. *sigh* Dress codes . . .

If Jesus had been born in contemporary America, he would have shaved. There's nothing inherantly righteous or evil about having a beard, it's just how a specific culture portrays social acceptance.
