"I have failed you, Anakin."

I personally don't think Obi Wan failed Anakin in any way. Anakin chose to go to the dark side. He chose to do all the bad things that he did. I don't see how Obi Wan can blame himself for what Anakin ultimately had chosen to do. Thoughts on this?
