I have 'stepped down'

Dear friends,

As has been mentioned, I have made the decision to cease moderating these boards.

The reasons are many, and they have nothing really to do with anything you might imagine, it is more to do with me wanting to clear out the inbox as it were, and be able to focus on other things.

I will still be active on the internet, and I will still of course be a loud and nihilistic voice on any subject you care to mention. You won't be rid of me that easily.

Anyway, enjoy! Don't let the bad things get you down. Everything Goes According to Plan. May the Force Be With You!

chy, we havent had much to do with each other...i guess i should consider it a compliment that you didnt consider me ban-worthy.

but your posting has always been interesting and amusing. sometimes downright bizarre too.

but you have always struck me as one of the good mods here, and it will be bad to see you not wearing the colours, and doing your thing.

i really hope the current crap hasnt played any part in your decision to ste down.

but i am glad that you are going to stay on and keep posting.

Which mods are left? All of them are seeming to disappear.

We have no head Admin right now to demote managers. And Chyren will be more than welcome to return, I'd imagine, should he feel he wants to.

Thanks for all the great discussion and moderating you've done for this board Chy, it was fun while it lasted. I never got the chance to talk with you and I never really knew you as well as some of the other members who had the great chance to post along side you, but like others I laughed at your humor and learned from your sharper comments. Hopefully we'll see you every now and then, as we couldn't willingly get rid of you. May the Force be with you..

 

Chyren- you are truly the noblest Roman of them all. You were the duct tape and bubble gum that kept this place going, and I have the utmost respect for your abilities. May God bless you in your life, and hopefully, you'll return before this place goes completely to the pits.
