    I hope it's not a carrot cake, as vegetables don't belong in cakes. They go in pies. It should be a carrot pie.

    lol. The spice loaf turned out beaut... The Marshmallow tarts I made after were a little overcooked but tasted good. Baking is fun boys and girls.
