Saga "I may never see her again."

Would Anakin have turned into Darth Vader had Padme not come back into his life? Sure he was a bit disfuctional, disobeyed, etc. but who didn't. When he saw Padme again, he became frustrated, confused, and angry, all of which contributed to his fall to the dark side. What do you all think?
