I need help

    Hello

    i explain my (big) problem, and i hope i ask at the right place :

    (sorry for my english, i'm french)

    i got an email address at fanforce (for about 7 years), but since today, i can't login anymore !

    I got this message : "Your account is suspended.
    Please contact your administrator for more information."

    I dont know where to "contact" my administrator (and what administrator ? i'm on my PC at home).

    I really wish someone can help me and solve my problem.

    Tell me what must i do : i really need to get my email back.

    can i still hope to get my account back ? (and to know what happened ?)

    (to Uilmuteiz : i'm sorry, i can't send MP under 20 posts)

    When i try to log to my email account, i get this message (at the top center of the window, in black and bold) :
    "Your account is suspended.
    Please contact your administrator for more information."

    That's all. It worked perfectly during 10 years, and did that about 1 month ago.

    The first time i got this message, I changed my password (with the "forgot your password" option). It worked, but even with the new one, the message remains, and the result is the same (I tried regulary).

    I dont have any error number or anything. Only this message.



    Even if I can't get my account back, i'd like at least to know what happend... and why ?...

    Anyway, thanks for your help.

    i log from http://www.theforce.net/fanforce/fanforce/readmail.asp or http://readmail.fanforce.net/email/scripts/loginuser.pl

    when i got any error, the second URL is refreshed (ie if i use a wrong login/password), and the message is then displayed on the second one

    i consulted a few friends of mine and it looks like the problem is with your retro encabulator.
