Search for Spaceballs 2 is a joke made up by fans. Search for more money is largely just a joke as well since it is taken (obviously) from the movie itself.

It wouldn't be a Mel Brooks movie if there wasn't a reference to a sequel.

Mel Brooks is God. I think I've seen Spaceballs more times then i've seen the original trilogy.
Good to hear about Spaceballs 2. Lord knows we need some good spoofs, besides those funny but idiotic Scary movies.

 

Yes, but if Mel were writing a sequel, it could be primarily based on the Prequels (with other Sci-Fi and fantasy thrown in) much as how Spaceballs was primarily targeted at the Original Trilogy.

If that were the case, he could do without a 'Wookie'-based character.

 

I wouldn't exactly call him God, but I do think that he is a great Comedian.

Lets hope that when if or when it comes out, then it is hillarious as the first one.
