Yeah, man, it's pretty much always open. My store, HMV, is open 1pm - 9pm. Which I don't like, it's disrespectful to the veterans. And my girlfriend's birthday!

I would like to make the meet time b/w 11 & 11:30, that gives us an hour before I'd better leave for work. Or, we can meet in the afternoon, I don't know what time my lunch is though...

Okay, 11am it is. I will travel from the Shire around 10 - Syrix take note - and we should meet at ....say the food court on the upper level?.... at 11am.

I will be with Syrix so I assume everyone will just recognise each other and there'll be no need for the "I'll be wearing a pink baby's bonnet" remarks.

We can all hang out and chat and visit Borders and such - if E_S gets a definate time for his break we might hang around til then, and he can OD on our wonderful company. If people don't wanna hang out for that long, it doesn't matter - it's a mini-meet after all.

Finally, I have a very, very small car so I can prolly take one (one and half at most) other person from the Shire. Any takers - let me know.

And while I think of it - Syrix, PM me your address and a mobile number if applicable, so I can pick you up on the way. I believe you're at Gymea and I'm at Jannali, so it's not far.

The food court is rather large, hard to find people. I suggest outside the cinemas. More space, less crowding.

 

Okay, I only thought the food court because there is something to do. We could hang there and wait for a while if need be. I'm open to suggestions, though - I don't mind either way.

BTW, as for who comes with me - it is not the cuter or the closer, it's the smaller. I only have a little car that is a hatch. Now, I believe from his bragging that Syrix is quite tall. I am also, in fact, in my car I only sit centimeters away from ripping out the front seat and sitting in the back. It is possible, though, to squash a small humanoid (jawa or yoda maybe) behind him....

 

Well, the cinema is right above the food court. Hey, I dont know it's just an idea.

Cinemas would be good, it's much smaller an area. If you don't know the center, there's a small Gelato place next to the Cinemas, and a bench in front. That, IMO, would be our best point of reference.

And I'll be easiest to spot - wearing my lovely blue HMV shirt.

yeah instructions would be good, I'm coming in from the shire... That is if I'm not too hungover from bday stuff

 

Easiest way to get there from town hall, is to either catch the 288, 290, 292 buses from Townhall to Epping. All pass by Macquarie Centre.

Alternatively, you can catch the train to Epping and Catch the 288, 290 buses to the City. Again, all pass by Macquarie centre.
