    I remember when I was a kid, in the car with SFL (and our other brother) playing "I Spy".

    I'd never actually think of a word, just a letter. Then, about 45 minutes later, after constant smug "Nope" answers, when one of them came up with a good enough obscure-as-all-buggery word for my letter (and after exhausting every logical possibility), I'd finally say "Yep".

    Not that I'd do that in this thread. I'm more mature than that now.

    Well, at least my way, I was entertained by what may well be the world's stupidest game (after "Walking Races").

    Anyway, what's the difference to you in the way I played the game - only choosing a letter and not a word, vs. choosing the "winning" word from the outset. None. The game plays exactly the same way.

    And SFL, remind me never to reveal the awful truth behind playing "Hide and Seek" with you...

    What are the house rules governing 2 word answers?

    For example, is "Darth Vader" / "Vader" given by the eye spying something beginning with

    1. "d"
    2. "v"
    3. "dv"

    ???

    possibilities:
    V = vader

    d = darth vader

    t = tarkin, grand moff

    d = detonator, thermal.

    so giving things like D V would be too easy for darth vader.

    just go with it i say.

    EDIT = for the case of MON MOTHMA - two M's should be given from now on.

    so for grand moff tarkin = G.M.T

    Go with what?

    You've contradicted yourself in that last post.

    Which is it for Mon Mothma? "M" or "MM" ??

    Obvioulsly "DV" is too easy for Darth Vader, that's why only a DOLT would choose that as their I-Spy pick.
