Depends on how much it's bleeding. If it's a tiny amount, like a couple of drops, no need to be too alarmed. If it's still going in a few hours (assuming it's not heavy bleeding at all, because if you're worried, doctor time now), reassess. I'd make a doctor's appointment for tomorrow for sure.
BUT IF A) it is very heavy (soaking through whatever clothing you're wearing), B) it continues to be semi-heavy for longer than an hour or two, C) your heart rate's up, you feel dizzy, nauseated, chilled, sweaty/clammy, or get any of the signs of shock, D) you start vomiting, having diarrhea, or get any abdominal pain... go to the ER.
