<backs away very slowly> There's a good Jedi, good Jedi, good Jedi.

I haven't read JJK, but i have read the first 3 YJK. They're not that bad, (meaning : a cut above GoDV) though there's a bit (well actually, quite a lot) of a kiddy feel to them. You can skip it if you want, just find out on the 'Net who the characters are and continue in NJO.

JJK have the feelings of being short stories, if You liked some of the stuff in Tales of/from series you may like the books.

YJK, is more in between teen and adult novels, and personally I have enjoyed all the ones I've read so far, but that is all the books up to just before shards of alderaan. Basically if you liked KJA other books you probably likes these. KJA once said he writes all his books at the same level. But if you didn't like KJA's books your probably feel the same about these(note they are co-wrote with KJA's wife).

I?ve read all of the YJK, and I enjoyed them. However, I think they are out of print now, so you might have trouble getting your hands on them. If I?m not mistaken, they will be re-releasing them starting some time in April.

I read one JJK book, which I don't remember the name of it. I do know it had Anakin and Tahiri on Tattooine.

I really enjoyed all the YJK books, it provided a glimpse into the up and coming generation and it greatly expanded on the Twins training.

I could not get into either series. I gave them a chance, but they were too kiddy for me. I think Val's right, I also do not like KJA's books, either. But I honestly think that I am in the minority here, so read a few to get a feel for them yourself, don't just read or not read them based on the opinions of others...
