And I doubt I will have any access to one all weekend, so if any urgent group business comes up (not that that is very likely) You will have to wait until late Sunday for an answer from me. (though I may check in tonight and tomorrow before I leave)

I will be attending the fun-filled-chock-full-of-goodness Locus and SFM science fiction weekend. Marlow will be there with me and Paulie is planning to drop in for the Saturday night event at the SFM as well. If you are curious as to what the entire weekend will entail, well look no further than here:

    Friday
    ? 8:00 to 10:00 p.m.: Costume party and
    Exhibition Preview: ?Out of This
World: Extraordinary Costumes from Film and
    Television? at the Science
    Fiction Museum.
(and yes! I will be wearing a costume to this)

    Saturday
    ? 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.: ?Thinking about
    Humanity? Panel with Connie
Willis, Gardner Dozois, and Nancy Kress,
moderated by Eileen Gunn at the
    Courtyard Marriott.

    ? 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.: ?Thinking about the
    World? Panel with Vernor
Vinge, Greg Bear, and Neal Stephenson, moderated
    by Charles N. Brown at
    the Courtyard Marriott.

    ? 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.: Locus Awards Lunch Banquet
    at the Courtyard
Marriott with M.C. Connie Willis, who will
    present the awards and judge
    the traditional Hawai?ian shirt contest.
(Yep, wearing one of those too, though I probably won?t win)

    ? 3:00 to 3:30 p.m.: Signing with Gene Wolfe,
Connie Willis, John Picacio, and others at the Courtyard Marriott.

    ? 8:00 to 10:00 p.m.: 2007 Hall of Fame Awards
Ceremony at the SFM/EMP Sky Church (*Ticketed separately through SFM)
inducting Gene Wolfe, Ed Emshwiller, Ridley Scott, and Gene
    Roddenberry.

So, are any others of you out there going to be attending? Maybe we can all meet up somewhere during the event(s)
