FF:QLD I wish we could make a fan film

yes I know, my point is if you can't get good actors don't attempt a character drama because it will become a joke.

 

My stormtrooper acting abilities are first glass. I can shuffle (we can't run), I can point and nod, I can even do a crappy standing to attention. I can aim my blaster all day and not hit anything.

And...my voice can be dubbed by anyone.

However, never script a storm trooper to sit down. We can't.

A. There probably won't be a script as there is no need for one.

B. I don't show my scripts to anyone unless I want their critism, ideas or if they're working on the film. So far, you're not in any of those groups.

How about a Jedi (possibly with a Padawan) that senses a Sith (Vader maybe?) and duels him until the Sith guys kills him?

Actually, I told a friend who is studying film making here at uni about our possible fanfilm and he said that he would be interested in helping us make it .

People willing to star or 'help' are easy to find (I have five stashed up my butt right now).
What I want is someone willing to do props or special effects or costumes. Everyone says they can do these things or they know someone who does but still, I'm waiting to actually see it.
I went to the trouble of buying a camera to film with and a decent computer to edit with so now, I'd like someone else to help out in a constructive way.
Everyone can come up with ideas but not everyone can make them into reality.

 

Hmmmm, well I do what a can in that department but alas I have not the patience for it.
