New Jersey ICONS UPDATE

Hey gang,
I have submitted the names for the volunteers to Christina (SWNYC's big cheese). She has informed me that our presence is requested on Saturday at 9:00AM.
With this in mind, and your geography, I am inviting those who wish to spend the night at our house the night before, to alleviate some of the travel time. We would be leaving from NJ at 7:00-7:30AM, with an approximatly 2 hour drive from door to door. CAR POOLING IS STRONGLY SUGGESTED.
If you do not want to sleep over, but want to possibly follow us, that is cool too.

If you are interested in any of these options, post here and I will PM you new directions.

If anyone needs or wants to store anything that they will be using again on sunday and you dont wanna lug it back to Jersey, let me know. I live 40 minutes away from the con and im willing to store and bring things back and forth for people.

 

Gary, I'll have to talk to RJ about that, but, it wouldn't be a problem for me. It would help out A LOT. That's one hour less that we don't have to drive that day.

Charlie's "rape van" is up and running, capable of carrying 6-8 folks. So far, we have 5 definites. They are:

Can I get an estimate of what it will cost an individual?

Admission?
Gas?
Anything else?

Tolls & Food are a given...

I believe the price of admission is $15. There is an ICONS website somewhere around here. I think the SWNYC boards have a link.
Tolls round trip is $13. I would assume that we would help with gas.

I don't know if there is a way to get anyone else passes. IT is way beyond the time alotted. But, as always I will try.

 

Hey what's the price for staying over the night? I need to know how much money to bring along.
