I'd Like To See You With a Pink Slip: A Thread For Those We Want Fired

The Knicks have a three game winning streak this year. The Nets do not. That Van Gundy-wannabe Frank has to go: the players don't care anymore.

 

Nah, you just backtracked and used the 'I was being sarcastic' excuse.

But I will keep upping this thread until Frank is fired.

 

I want Jim Mora fired. His ship has sailed. He couldn't make this season any worse for himself if he tried. In fact, it's almost like he did try.

 

Mora is a goner: Blank has had it with him.

Real productive post there, heels.

 

Since we're repeating who we want fired, I want Redskins defensive coordinator Al Saunders fired. He destroyed the offense this year.

 

Mike Ditka.

Not only is he very hard to understand 95% of the time. Not only does he only have a job for being the most overrated coach of all time. But he also can't even get simple facts straight.

I have Sunday NFL Countdown on. They were debating coach of the year. One of the talking heads picked Mangini, another picked Payton. Then, the genius Mike Ditka, picks Brian Billick, because he took a team from last place to first place.

Oh, except one thing.

The Ravens didn't finish in last place last year. The Browns did. If he can't make sense, and he can't offer insight, and he can't even get simple facts straight ... why does he have a job?

 

I can't believe the Redskins saved Coughlin's job!

So did I. But you might see Parcells and Ditka kill each other so maybe you'll get your wish on Ditka one way or the other.

 

I wouldn't mind seeing Mike Shanahan get a pink slip. He's done practically nothing for Denver since John Elway retired. He did improve Jake Plummer a bit, but not enough to make him into an actual decent NFL quarterback capable of leading the Broncos.
