Bundt cake is delicious but it cannot defeat the trinity that is Carrot Cake, Strawberry Shortcake and Cheesecake.
I like them if they mostly consists of whipped cream, mousse or stuff like that. Cake that's basically just a sweat bread. I don't like chocolate either, except for very small truffles.
C'mon over. So long as you like ginger-bread cake, I'll toss it in the mold and it will be ready in an hour. Or we can use the castle mold.
