it's the people what are the problem where I live....I live in a appartment block....there no lights no security.....there always people drinking and doing drugs outside my door.....people being murdered or committing suicide (my block is known as suicide block from the amount of people who jump)

Whenever we have to go to LA, I end up getting a headache from the smog. It also makes your eyes sting and your lungs feel heavy.
