Idea...Fanfiction/RPing board

I was talking to a friend of mine and I asked if there was a board where I could 'promote' an idea I have...and she said this was my best bet.

I was thinking of making a message board for people to post their fanfiction at, and eventually role play at, and we would use that and then eventually a web site will be made so that we could do something with like...contests and post the winning story of the contest and stuff like that....but I'm not that great with making web pages, so it would be great if I could find someone to make the web page...and I could at least help out with some of it...please let me know a.s.a.p. either via messenger (AOL IM: JediDanielle214 or JadedElfArrowlyn)or email me and let me know if anyone would like to help out with the board, like be a manager, and help out with the web site.
