Idea For A JC Game

Talked with epic about this, he could see this work. I also promised to post it here so he could link to it.

Here we go.

Catch The Fox.

A secret person carries a word in his profile.

This person, "The Fox", could have any word in his profile, a word that's only known to the contestants. (Otherwise an outsider might accidently stumble upon it and win). The contestants (6 in total) get the word via PM. Then they'll have to figure out who The Fox is.

(The word could maybe have something to do with that person, i.e. "joystick" for jp-30 (games mod), or something like that).

Also, the games host (organizer) could drop clues in the main thread, like "The Fox has a "D" in his name" -- and with every clue, the contestants lose 50 points.

For example, every Monday and Thursday he'll drop a clue. (Or, if the game only lasts one week, every day at a certain time). This could function as a time-bomb, maybe: "Make sure you guess it before the next clue or you'll lose another 50 points".

Let's say the contestants start with 1000 points, 10 clues are given, and someone tracks The Fox down -- that person then wins 500 points.

The one who "catches the fox" PMs the organizer to tell who the secret person is.

What the hell just happened?

 

We were supposed to find the person's profile with the "secret word" before the six contestants from the JC did (look here). And Casper found it so we win.

 

I am in AWE... I have no idea how he did it.
