Ideas for September meet.

So people are travelling miles to meet up with others, and we're gonna see a film?? How are we gonna meet-up and chat and stuff stuck in a dark room for 2 hours?

I thought the point of a meet-up was to get to know each other? How can you do that in a cinema??

 

no-one said we were going to watch a film. star city has a cinema, a load of restaurants, bars, a bowling alley etc. everything a happy chapter could want.

i wont know until the wednesday. evn then i think my chances are slim because its a sunday = day before school.

is there any chance it could be the saturday instead so that izzy and i (who the paperwork affects) will be more likly to attend

 

I cannot make that saturday due to me going out with friends as a last get together sort of thing sorry Dave......

and Phill that mexican place we were in does really nice food the burger i had from there the night of the midnight showings could of fed four! All depends on whether everyone likes mexican food if not there are several extremely good restaurants in Lichfield

 

well it doesnt really matter if you can go because the paperwork doesnt effect you really.

 

i am sure the paperwork can be posted or sent via pm, if you can`t get there dave.

i really wanted everyone to be there though. it would be cool to have a new group photo.

i dont know yet. ill have to wait until next wednesday to see and even then i probably can't go because its a sunday unless we dont stay out too late.

May i make a suggestion. Izzy and I could probably go if it was nearer lucnchtime. also that way it will be quieter.

could that happen?

 

in my experience as a waitress, sunday lunch is never a 'quiet time' in any place serving food

 

it must be! come on it'll be a sunday which im my experience of a washer upper is quite. Can we make it lunch time plz?
That way we can spend more time talking etc and getting to know each other. we will also be able to get more things covered.

 

sunday lunch? are you crazy? the place will be rushed off it`s feet!! that`s if it`s even open. mid-afternoon would be a better bet. let me check opening hours.

edit: looks like they are too busy eating tacos to get a website together. pesky bandido`s.

 

Sunday afternoon will be packed! full of families going to watch films and people eating an alternative sunday lunch! i cant think of a worse time to go apart from probly a friday night! So awesome sunday 18th it is....bout 6ish sound bout rite to you guys?

could we make it a bit earlier like 3pm then me and izzy will probably stand more of a chance of coming!

we wont be able to stay for long even if we can come because we have school the next morning.

dave 3 o clock will be peak time....i think we cud make it bout 5 but thats probly earliest for me...unless certain members want to turn up at 3 n then meet agen at six? its just dont think dave we can sit in restaurant for 8 hours at least!
