YEA!!!!!! The whole Hall family is coming!!!!!!

Since I'm not driving anywhere due to the gig being at my place, can somebody make a pitstop in Victorville and pick up Carrie?

 

Kari just wondering if you think my little Toyota will be able to realistically make it to your place if the expected storm is as strong as some are saying it's going to be?

 

By Sunday...no problem!

 

It's only a mile off the pavement. The road has only been impassable once in my 20+ years out here and that was because we had a foot and a half of snow. Expect the car to need a good washing afterwords, though.

 

Carrie, if needed, I'll come and pick you up.

 

I would love to go, but I'm relatively new to the IEFF...though not the IE. I've lived in the IE the majority of my life, but I've not, until recently, known about the IEFF.

I dunno, maybe I should just get to know you guys better online than to meet you all in person.

What do you guys think?

Wylding, I think it's easier to get to know people in person than online. But whatever you feel more comfortable with!

Carrie, we could probably come by and pick you up, if we have my car back by then (which we better!!). My dad's truck, which we're currently driving, only seats 3. But we will be coming up late.

 

Actually, that's a little bit better, Sonya. To be home on time to get there when the party starts, I'd have to leave church early.

 

I think everyone would would love to meet you, a lot of these people Allen and I only know from their costume, so we're also rather out of sorts. But it'll be fun. Granted we might all get kidnapped by the people from The Hills Have Eyes, but that's part of the fun.

 

But you have the Indiana Jones jeep.

I do. Darren's not coming after all. We're both in a congregational choir to sing the Hallelujah Chorus for our Christmas program, and he hasn't been to any of the practices, which are on Sundays at 2, so he really needs to go, seeing as how the program is on the 20th. Plus he needs to print some shirts. But, if it's raining/foggy tomorrow in the Cajon Pass, I'm not coming. I don't want to get caught in the dark coming back.

 

Sadness about Darren. I sent you a PM with my address. Google maps' directions are good. I just checked them. Give me a call if you have any problems. I hope to see you and Seth tomorrow!
