His pictures are from Big Bear. Since my folks live up there, I'll ask for some suggestions of yummy places to eat.(if we decide to go there)

I'm getting the agenda together. Does anybody have anything they'd like added? Anything? Hello?

    or

    The one in Rancho Cucamonga?

    Hello there Kiddies!!!

Here's a few pics and links to some activities we could do for our july meeting while in Big Bear. First we would go to Big Bear Discovery Center:

    http://bigbeardiscoverycenter.com/

Then we could take a beautiful hike (easy) and have a group picnic:

The we could go on a Pirate ship lake cruise. The cost is only $12.95 for a 90 minute cruise on the lake...beautiful and fun!

Sounds like a day trip full of fun!! So, if we do this, make sure nobody makes other plans for later that evening (no names mentioned.... Curtis) :D Big Bear is really a great area! Lots to do and beauty all around.

And, it's a really dog friendly town. The bank where my step-mom works has a bowl of doggie treat at each teller window. Most of the stores in the Village allow animals in them. When the pups were about 4 months old, I took two of them up there and they were welcome every where we went, including the Discovery Center. Lots of dog lovers!

I've gone to the Alpine Slides and they are so stinking fun!!!

Sounds like we might need to meet for breakfast just so we can fit it all in. Hey, we could make it a camping trip and stay the night! We could even go fishing then go for a horseback ride then go shopping in the Village, then, then.... Whoo-Hoo! Let's just make it a weekend deal! Okay, maybe I'm getting a bit carried away.

Whatever we decide, I know it will be fun!

Thanks for all the info, Mike!

A couple of my doggies have drank from that bowl!

Okay, back to the June 7th meeting... There are a couple of Drive-In theaters in the Riverside area. Would anybody what to hang out and go to the Drive-in that night? I can check to see what's playing at each of them. We can be total geeks and bring our light sabers, too.

    Oh good, you're a quick learner! :D

You're welcome to bring friends along (the more, the merrier), just don't assume we're gonna let anybody leave until we're all done having fun.

We took pity on you the first time. Don't let it happen again! [face_devil]

Going to the drive-in would be so fun. We used to go to the drive-in all the time. The last time we went to the drive-in was one in Pomona and watched Pirates of the Carribean 3 and Cars. We had a good time.

40 MINUTE ROUND TRIP IF WE DON'T HIKE DOWN THE MOUNTAIN. I'M GOING TO DO THIS BEFORE OUR JULY TRIP AND TAKE PICS AND LET YOU KNOW HOW FAR DOWN AND HOW LONG IT TAKES IF WE DECIDE TO DO THIS AS IN HIKING DOWN. IF ANYTHING, WE COULD DO THE RIDE...HOW RELAXING HUH?

SHEILA AND I DID THIS IN UTAH BUT WAS A 45 MINUTE TRIP JUST TO THE TOP...BUT WAY TOTALLY WORTH IT. IT WAS SO QUITE AND REALXING AND YES...FUN![face_dancing]

I wouldn't mind seeing Iron Man again. I'll have to check with Darren and see if he wants to go.
