    I initially though Uma Thurman, but she's only 5'11". That's tall, but I thought she was taller.

    Brooke Shields is 6 feet.
    Maria Sharapova is 6'2".

    What do you guys think?

    I'm assuming that Chewie is still married to Malla since that is G level canon right? Malla was played by a 6'7" MAN named Mickey Morton who died in 1993. So these little 6 feet tall people will not do,

    Actually, I would have stayed away from the whole gay subject all together. Question or statement, it's offensive.

    I am not going to explain this any further, except to say gay people aren't a "subject" to be joked about in a Star Wars thread. It has nothing to do with being open minded or educated.

    then the best we can do is agree to disagree. my original post was indeed said in jest, but also without malice. and as for the subject being taboo in a star wars thread, star wars is a franchise that has touched upon subjects of sexuality such as incest and inter-species relationships, I think it can deal. so even though my original post was flippant, it does raise some questions. why couldn't chewbacca be homosexual? where in canon does it say what his sexuality is? I'd go as far as to argue, that there are no gay people in star wars, and chewie would be a perfect character to represent.
