Sorry if this a redundant thread, but if George Lucas and Steven Spielberg do make Indiana Jones IV, does anyone reckon that Rick MacCallum will produce it? As far as I know, there was never a fixed producer for any of the Indiana Jones films, as it changed with each film, but as it looks as if both George and Rick have a good working relationship, and Rick worked before on Young Indiana Jones, is there a chance that he'd be involved with Indiana Jones IV? Sorry if this more mindless speculation on my part, but I've been thinking about it for awhile!

Though I'd agree that that (^^^) might be a more acceptable proposal to me, personally.

Dear Lord I hope not..but on the bright side, there' sless to mess up with an Indy movie. Not as complex as SW.

I think Rick is going to be GL's producer until GL stops making films.

I thought Rick MCCallum was a minion of FOX and NOT Paramount Pictures...

IF they want to use a "Rick" for a Paramount flick I suggest Rick Bermen...

Darth Digital - McCallum is not a minion of Fox. He's a independent producer who's worked with a variety of directors and studios.
His first project with Lucas was - Young Indy, Produced by Lucasfilm in association with Paramount and Amblin. He answers to Lucas not a Hollywood studio.

I believe that Rick McCallum would end up being the producer (with Lucas, Kathleen Kennedy, and maybe Gerald Molen (sp?) or Frank Marshall as executive producers).

George seems to like the way Rick McCallum runs his productions, and I must agree that Rick does seem to run a tight ship.

Heck, Rick has been on more Indy productions than Spielberg has. If anyone has seniority to join the Indy 4 production, Rick should definitely be on that list.

McCallum wouldn't be the sole producer because Spielberg and Kathleen Kennedy have been teammates since the early 80's at least.
