    I've enjoyed Jamie Lee in almost everything I can remember ever seeing her in, but gosh, I had to check IMDb to see if she's even still working*. Other than Activia commercials, I cannot remember the last time I saw her in anything.

    *It turns out she is still active, and attached to two projects said to currently be in pre-production. One for next year, and another for 2015.*

    She'd be a perfect Guri, the Human Replica Driod from Shadows of the Empire! [face_love] I bet Luke hid her on his X-wing during RotJ and thats why we didn't see her in it, he only took her back out when he found out he got her pregnant during his long flight too and from Dagobah... then he erased R2's memory of what he did below R2 to prevent any holorecordings of it hitting the holonet [face_shhh] and took her out to introduce her to Han, Leia, and Lando. Lando bought a Human Replica Droid the very next day.

    Harrison Ford got so jealous of this when he read it in the script he called Riddly Scot about Blade Runner II. True Story (all lies) 8-}

    The last thing we need is the name Peter Cook being brought up in a Star Wars interview.

    Patricia Tallman, age 56 - she played Lyta Alexander on Babylon 5 back in the day. Now, I know we're not necessarily looking for Mara Jade here, but she'd fit the bill nicely methinks.

    Alfre Woodward. Can't believe she is 61 today! Susan Sarandon is also age appropriate.

    Yeah, if you're talkin bout casting the actress. For a franchise with as much prestige as Star Wars I'm talking about casting the actual Cylon Number 6 who is pushing a 1,000,000 years old or more. Gal cleans up real good!

    Given the work she did on Babylon 5, I think she'd be a perfect fit. I'm tempted to suggest Claudia Christian, but I think Patricia is a better fit.

    Patricia Tallman was also in 2 Star Trek series (Next Gen and Deep Space Nine, listed in Voyager too in a single ep playing someone else), well we already got JJ so whatever about Star Trek and Star wars being unable to cross over lol. She's 5'9" which is the same height of Mark Hamill. Hmm.. IMBD lists her as a stuntdouble too, hopefully that means she's in shape and can swing a lightsaber or other action stuff.

    Your suggestion Claudia Christian is 5'10" just a tad taller than Mark...

    I do think she'd be a good choice for a Star Wars movie though based on what I recall of her in Babylon 5, not sure if I like the idea or not about casting her as Luke's wife though... but I only recall her from Babylon 5 which she was very career military character which seems to conflict with Luke imho. Lots of voice acting listed on IMBD, so at the least a good choice for Rebels or whatever show follows it. Oh! The irony... in Darth Vader's Psychic Hotline she voice Princess Leia. [face_laugh]

    There are some very good suggestions here, here is mine

    Monica Bellucci Age 49

    I really liked her performance in Brotherhood of the Wolf, and she did good in the small role she had in the Matrix series.

    Maybe for Chewbacca, but certainly not for Luke.
