See below, EUC is the place for this.

Star Wars and cheese, a viscious combination. As I sit here reading the latest Star Wars book, and eating some string cheese, I begin to wonder about an entire galaxy composed entirely of dairy products. I dont know, maybe it was the name the Milky Way that set it off but I began to wonder what the Star Wars universe would be like, and what types of cheese would each character be composed of. There are many types of cheeses, each with there own set of characteristics. Some cheeses are aged for various amount of time periods. Some cheeses are soft, or semi-soft. Some cheeses are even running! Colors, shapes, smells... golly the world of cheese is as interesting, or even MORE interesting than the Star Wars galaxy itself. It just BOGGLES my mind! I believe it is only natural to combine the Star Wars Galaxy and chhese together. So what do you think, if Star Wars characters from the films and books were made out of cheese, what type of cheese would they be? I think that lando Calrissian would be a piece of the ultra cool, sassy Monteray Jack. What do you think?

Here are some types of cheeses to help you out:
    American
    Beer
    Blue
    Brick
    Brie
    Butterkase
    Cheddar
    Colby
    Colby Jack
    Edam
    Feta
    Gouda
    Gorgonzola
    Havarti
    Linburger
    Mascarpone
    Monterey Jack
    Mozzarella
    Muenster
    Parmesan
    Provolone
    Raclette
    Ricotta
    Romano
    Swiss
    White Cheddar
