What would they do?

Start infighting after the death of Mandalore like it happened in Aleaxander's Empire?

With no other enemy to fight they might start fighting each other.

Their culture would be assimilated and they go soft like the nomads that invaded China?

They would deliberatly retreat for some places giving them a fighting chance and time to rebuild their military infrastructure just so they can preserve their warrior culture and attack that region again?
