If the whole world was controlled by an evil empire would you be a rebel?

Yes, but on another even more serious note if there was a global empire then there would probably be lots and lots of people that would be rebels examples of some obvious groups are here:

Muslims,Jews,Blacks,Hindus,Buddhists,Gays/Lesbians, you name them chances are they're there.

The reason that Muslims are at the top is because they have strict religious beliefs and would fight for freedom if they were oppressed or controlled by a global empire and if thats not bad enough they would probably start Terrorist attacks on the empire like Shuttle bombings,poison gas attacks on trooper baracks,suicide bombings on imperial patrols,ETC, they would probably even declare a Jihad/Holy War against the empire and cause a declaration of martial law to be imposed which would only make them more destructive and lead to even more chaos.

 

I'd move to a different planet. D'uh!
