What is the name of this low ranking young "Leave it to Beaver" Golly Jee whiz Imperial officer?!!! Does he have a backround? Jesus Christ I love this guy! He's a Riot!

 

He is a Line Captain according to the Star Wars insignia page if I remember correctly. A Line Captain is marginally above the ordinary naval Captain. I don't remeber his name thou.

A naval captain commands an entire warship, like Piett commanded the Executor and Needa commanded the Avenger. This is a pretty high rank to attain so he wasn't that low ranking.

I had a teory that lower ranking officers wore black and higher ones wore grey. Can somebody confirm that?

NCO's and Stormtrooper officers wear black.
Imperial army wears grey.
Imperial Navy wears green/grey.
