If you could change 3 things about TPM.....

1) No Jar Jar.

2) No Qui-Gon (have Obi-Wan be the focus of the Jedi aspects of the story)

3) No CGI. It seems lazy and ages badly.

 

1. Anakin older(12-16)

2. Anakin has a father(father died somehow that Shmi explains)

3. QGJ leaves Jar-Jar in Gunga City instead of taking him with them.

That long winded pod race...OUT!!!! AND DON'T COME BACK!!

 

I would
1 Make Anakin older at least 15
2 Say he has a father who died somehow
3 get rid of the midicholorians or whatever they're called

plus give Darth Maul and Palpatine more screen time and try to somehow make Jar Jar Binks an interesting character.

 

It would have been more interesting if Darth Maul had had more dialogue..he was just shown to be a hound dog type character.."Move against the Jedi..Do this,do that..blah blah blah..FETCH!!ROLL OVER!!" "Yes,master"

 

1.get rid of the midicholorians
2. More time between OWK and AS
3. Explain why R2 got dirty in space
