If you could have one starship or starfighter from the Expanded Universe, what would it be?

Me, the YT-2000.

Close runner up would be the TIE Defender.

 

The Sun Crusher, or the Death Star, with a Super-Star Destroyer close behind.

Anything that inspires terror and thus obedience is good.

I think I too would have to go with the Sun Crusher. So uber-incredible and maddeningly indestructible, it would make me the master of the universe. Along with He-Man, of course.

I'd have the Outrider. Not particularily special, just homy.

Here's what I'd want to fly, assuming I had the insane amount of money and time that would be required to build it. It's a custom design, so be prepared for a LOT of specs. This ship is CRAZY:

Crimson Wind
Model: Force-strong Sekotan seed organisms bonded to a Chiss assault gunboat
Power source: Imperial Research and Development miniature hypermatter core, creature's own soul energy
Engine: Gravitic displacement engine, average output 7.9 x 10^49 N/sec
Hyperdrive: Aing-Tii continuum distortion device
Weaponry: Force lightning cannon, 4 heavy laser cannons, 2 magma missile bays
Shielding: Mon Calamari shield suite (with droids to tend to it), average shielding output 3.6 x 10^23 GW
Armor: Sekotan self-healing bio-armor
Features: Dejarik table, kitchen, lifetime supply of donuts and other chocolate-oriented things

Try asking me what my weapon of choice for ground battles is.
