This poll is only for optimistic comments, to mention what you liked out of the series.

Do not mention what you didn't like.

Only mention what you think was good that came out of these books.

Only mention what positives this series has.

There is already enough threads out there for negative opinions to be put in, so keep this one only for positives.

In other words if you have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all. Negative thoughts are off-topic for the topic of this thread.

Note: The Legend Continues book 1 is books 1-3, and The Legend Continues book 2 is books 4-6.

    "Mission to Mount Yoda"

Just because of the title alone. Very inappropriately named for a children's book. ;)

Oh Genghis, that was the most I've ever laughed at anything on this board ever. Thank you. :D

I said the Glove of Darth Vader, because it was the only one I read.

It wasn't bad, and I enjoyed it at the time. I never saw any of the other ones, and didn't even know they existed until I started posting here.

For children, they are fine. They were meant to be enjoyed and not analyzed by a bunch of obsessed fans ;)

I liked Prophets of the Dark Side. It sort of was a really neat ending to the story, it explained a lot of things about the series and solved some mysteries regarding Ken.

And wasn't the fourth book called "Mission FROM Mount Yoda"? If it was called "Mission to Mount Yoda" then I'm SURE that my overly-sexed 11-year-old mind would have picked up on it when that book came out. (Yes, a bunch of middle schoolers thought it would be funny to teach me all there was to know about sex when I was only 10. Not that I'm scarred for life ;) )

Also, there were more books in the series after POTD? I must find these! Not because I really love reading childrens books but because I did love GODV at the time and I think I should complete my collection.

You're correct. "Mission to Mount Yoda" was always the joke name of the non-existent sequel I use around here.

Looks like Val may have been thinking of Yoda when he made this poll. :D

"Good Things about the Glove of Darth Vader series."

This would be in the top 5 of the thinnest book EVER.

The Lost City of the Jedi.

Read it when I was 15. I enjoyed the ground battle on Yavin 4, with the TNT's...Treaded Nuetron Torches! [face_mischief]
