It depends if you can sustain exactly 80mph for the entire trip. This was not made clear in the op. May have been brought up in the youtube wall of death up there, but ain't nobody got time for those.

 

How can there be so many videos for this, and specifically for 80 MPH as opposed to another speed? This is an actual thing?

Because of time dilation an outside observer would measure your trip as one hour but your onboard clock would measure it as .000000001 seconds less(approx).
