I think there's nothing wrong with a girl asking a guy out. I said "traditionally that's not the girls place," which is true. However, tradition is how things used to be done, and is subject to change. Unlike some senior citizens in churches I've encountered, I think change is a good thing.

[facce_shocked] Oh sith! i completely forgot that once you ask someone out, you generally GO somewhere. Movies are like a 20 mintue drive away and we'd probably be sing public transportation (the bus) but it could be done...

My first date (and only date...man, I suck big time!!) was when I was 15...I was a freshman, he was a senior...woohoo! Anyways, we went to a movie...saw The Nutty Professor...lol...nothing beats a good dinner and a movie!

My first date was a Valentine's Day formal. Any dances happening at your school soon AT, you could always do that.

Yeah, I know some guys don't like dancing or don't know how to. But in my opinion, you can't go wrong with slow dancing, it's easy and it's romantic.
