High school dances for high school sucky rejects = teh major suck

 

Umm...this will make you feel better: My first dance was my friend's prom, and we just went as friends!

 

My first dance I was 13 and some frech chick who was too shy to ask me got her friend or cousin or something to ask for me, LOL. Never saw her again. Maybe because I had no idea what I was doing and almost tripped who knows how many times.

I'm a much better dancer now (I think ...)

 

dances? there's one tomorrow. and every thursday. but i can't dance. as in, i really can't dance. as in, i have no rythem and can't even play an instrument. i dont think a dance is a good idea.

 

Danceing is much easier when you have access to alcohol. I couldn't dance sober to save my life (unless it's slow dancing)

 

Yeah, slow dance is just pretty much done in circles.

 

Which actually would be a bad thing to do if drinking, because you could get pretty dizzy

 

I wasn't aware that there was more to slow dancing than rocking back and forth in a circular motion.

The only fast dancing I do is a vague arm movement.

 

The only fun I had in high school was at a dance with my friends.

 

Dances are great fun...I don't know if I know how to dance, either, but it's fun to just move around with the music!!

Both my proms (junior and senior) I went as a thrid wheel to my best friend and her date...there's no better way to know you suck than to do that!!

PS I have to say, I don't think I suck...well, not as bad as I used to...but I will say there is a little bit of suckage in me...so don't think I'm completely down on myself...

I didn't go to my prom. My so-called "friends" were too busy stabbing me in the back . . . wouldn't want to get blood on the dress . . .

 

Me and 3 friends didn't go to the prom, but we were going to go to the party after. On the way there our designated driver ditched the car.

 

Ah, yes...the stabage of the back...been there, done that...it's all comin BACK to me now...

 

I ended up going to my second senior prom (yes I had two) with a former friend of mine...anyway he was engaged at the time. He treated me like crap the whole time. Awful, awful night. Thankfully, it was a blast the first time around

 

well... i suck at dancing. and i definitely hate going to dances. i almost never go.
