He did. He loved me. We fell in love the first day we met. At least, I did. And I was wrong. Wrong to treat him like I did. I treated him like he was a friend, nothing more. But I was lying. Living a lie, in fact. I was too stubborn to tell him, too embarrassed. I was afraid that when I told him how I really felt, he would not return my affection. I never told him. Even after we left the academy. Now, I?ll never have the chance to tell him.

I lied. To him and to myself. Now I am admitting it but because he is gone, it is useless. Together. That must be the most perfect word in the galaxy. And now, I will never be able to experience it. Now, we?ll never be together. I don?t know what I?m going to do! Jacen was my life, he was a part of me! He completed my soul! Now he?s gone and I am left to mourn.
