Tampa, FL I'm moving to Tampa

So... I'm moving to Tampa Bay soon and this is a little disappointing. Is there a decent fan force at all in Tampa or St Pete? Coming from Paducah KY, "home of the Paducah Imperials" I'm going to feel out of place without a club to hang out with. Who needs a GREAT jedi costume (currently pending Rebel Legion acceptance) and an in-progress Jango Fett?

 

We have such a strong 501st and Rebel Legion here that the Fan Force has become an after thought unfortunately. There are still a few loyalist here and with new people moving to the area, it would be an opportunity to rebuild it's ranks. It is just a matter of gather ing friends together with the same interests.

 

Hey Josh, what part of Tampa are you moving to?

 

Spyder- You're always welcome at meetings of the Orlando System. It's a drive, but we're building diplomatic relations with the Tampa groups. Right, Chris? Also, welcome to Florida! I hail from Lexington, KY, and once had excellent Moonlight Barbecue near Paducah.

The next Tampa Star Wars Collector's Club meeting is scheduled for September 20th at the Citrus Park Mall in the food court beginning at 4:00pm. Everyone is welcome!

 

I may go to Johnny Rockets, then meet up with you all.
