Someone be sure and get a pic of Cloud City built out of TCG cards. It'll be at the Wizards of the Coast booth.

 

Do you think they'll show any of it on the news?

 

Web cam pics aren't awesome, but they are usually clear enough. You can tell who people are. During production it was awesome. You could see all sorts of people and sets, etc...

CIII doesn't actually open for another hour, so that could explain why the cam is off at the moment.

Ah, just came back on! Looks like the Death Star but it is outta focus?! Looks like it might be a dealer room.

Warwick Davis is the MC so he's there. Otherwise, today is a pretty light day for the stars. It's more about registration and finding your way around, doing a little shopping, etc... Tomorrow it will get crazy.

 

I wonder how bad parking is over there.

 

Shouldn't be bad. It's in the heart of downtown and most people are staying in hotels within walking distance.

I'm sure by now they do. Now they are showing a set of Jabba's palace. It's to the scale of action figures. Can't quite tell if it's sculpted figures in there or action figures. Looks pretty cool though.

 

If any of you CIII attendees see the Hyperspace webcam stand in front of it for at least twenty five seconds (being rather still) and then send us the local Indiana time that you were there. I'll see if I can find your pic on the web cam archives!

Then you'll have an official starwars.com memory of yourself at CIII!

And I'll have more than strangers to look at on the cam!

Sorry. My feet hurt, and so does my knee. Walking in heels sucks. Lines that are three hours long in the cold overcast outside suck too. But meeting everybody here is FRICKIN AWESOME!!

 

it will be in the 70's for fri. then in the 40's for the weekend. the weather wont get any nicer until you guys leave.

to bad it such nice weather here.

 

Actually cool weather is great. It means you don't get all hot and sweaty because of incumbering costumes.
