Well if you're telling me that it happened, then it happened. It shouldn't, though. I don't know how the icon process works. It could work on an ID system, which would make the changes of getting a different icon very easy.

there are certain external factors which are requiring the delay in our plans, unfortunately. But it appears as though our fortunes may be turning for the better soon. WIth a little luck, it could be by the end of 2002.
