Guys- you know, I don't want this peace to be just a gesture, I want it to be true.

I am aware that a lot of you do not like me. I am very sorry for this, and I want you to know that I do not dislike any of you. I have had times in the past where I have, because i have been hurt. But really, my desire to get along is stronger than my desire for pride, therefore I have stopped defending myself against your attacks. Now, we could just stop there, and perhaps have peace. But what I really want is understanding. I want to know what things about me make you dislike me. I am asking this not to start a debate or a fight or give me ammo for an attack. I really don't want that. What I want is to come to understanding. Maybe change the way I act soemtimes (hey, i know that I can't please all the people all the time, but if there's something I can do that will help us all get along better, then that's great), or clear up some misunderstandings.

So if you want, now is the time to totally close the rift, state out in the open why you think this has happened, and help us all to do soemthing about it. Let me know your problems with me now. Please don't joke, or sugar coat anything. I want to know the truth, and I can take the truth.

 

It's great to see that the Dove/Olive branch postings ARE leading to peace on this board.

Conne, well done for laying down your arms.

Here's hoping the others who you've been feuding with (and who have also posted the peace image) will stand by the symbolic gesture they've made too.

I just wanted to say that in lue of some actions of another member. I wish to say that I am pissed at this person for being selfish with her vendeta(sp?) against others and disregarding the peace aggreement in Nad's name. I hold no fault towards the people this person was out to get. So I post a dove to say I still wish peace in Nads name. Any that dissregards this is an A-hole and has no respect.

i am dumbfounded by these actions.

i find it difficult to understand why this individual beleived the "peace" was ONLY in this games forum, and believed "they" had to "save the JC" from others.

Thanks guys! It's kind of sad that once a month we have to run back to this thread to "guilt" people into being nice. However, that's not the case this time. With no remaining conflicts between people, I would hope there will be no more problems.

Nice to meet you Jade. Bib told me he hoped we'd see more of you now, and I hope he doesn't turn out to be disappointed.

I'm upping this because certain ex-members of the JC are claiming that they didn't violate any peace agreement, because they didn't agree to any peace. Everyone involved in the slightest posted a dove here. Connemara of course had to make a useless and dramatic speech, because she demands attention. Everyone made their peace. End of story.
