I'm worried about Rick McCallum

After viewing disc 2 of my AOTC DVD I am worried about RM. It looks like he gained about 50 lbs since PM. Is he on some special medication or is he just eating too much? At this rate, by the time EpIII comes out he'll be wearing a Dom Deluise "fat guy" hat and a moomoo.

If its true that the camera adds 10 lbs to a person he must have 5 or 6 on him.

Any one else notice this?

 

I too noticed this but I think that with their schedules it's hard to have a good diet or a regular workout regiment. Hopefully he'll try to do something about it too. That's a lot of pressure on his heart!

 

Rick is going to be cast as a live action version of Jabba for Episode 3

I highly doubt he'd have time to worry about his weight when Star Wars is far more important.

 

ya know, i remember when i saw the fan film awards on the sci-fi channel, i wasn't quite sure who i was looking at until i realized it was rick.

The majority of SW fans dont worry about their weight either.

 

He made a comment about his weight gain at C2, stating he could always tell "where" the movie was based on how much weight he had gained.....no time for a good diet, exercise, lot's of stress.....you get the picture. I do hope he takes it off, that's gotta be tough on the old body.....

 

I think he's fine.

Episode I was mainly filmed in Tunsia - and on Disc Two they were saying that the heat was so bad that buy the end of the day you had lost two or three pounds due to sweating alone. While Episode II was mainly filmed in Italy I believe...

So loosing pounds daily and sweating non-stop compaired to breadsticks and pasta...

George Lucas gained wieght over the periods of the original Star Wars and now. Rick is just getting a little older, and when you get older, it's not as easy to burn all that fat.

It would be better if he lossed a couple of pounds though.
