The Hobbit Nazgul concept art. The right one in the top pic is the Witch-King, and the bottom pic is Khamul.

I've become very enamoured with the Nazgul designs from The Hobbit, especially Khamul's Easterling inspired helm, along with the design and concept of The High Fells of Rhudaur (though there sadly doesn't seem to be any art of that.)

 

John Howe and Giancola have the best LOTR artwork out there.

 

There's also a lot of concept art on the movie extended disks.

I read Look To Winward, though not with that cover. I do not recall a scene with that boat in the canal though it was awhile ago. There is a similar picture that predates it. I do not know if it from a book.
