Important events/battles of the NJO...

i dont know if this topic would be allowed here, but i'll take a shot anyways.

for an art project, i have to draw/paint/whatever 8-16 images of my choice...i have chosen to illustrate various scenes/battles/moments from the NJO as my project and uh, um, i'd gladly accept any help as to naming some big events. it would help me out.

yes i've read all the books so far, but in fear that i might miss one thing, this is where you all come in...

i've already started on a Corran/Shadeo Shai picture as well as a picture of Jaina, with Kyp, Tenel, Lowbacca and Zekk in it, kinda centralizing the jedi that surround Jaina in Dark Journey.

allrighty, so thats it...anyone that is willing to help just by naming a few things, thanks bunches and i totally appreciate it!

 

Battle of Corascant, just draw every NR and Vong vessel you can think of shooting each other...

Each helped to dictate the course of the war up to this point in the NJO.

 

I must advocate my favorite scene in the entire NJO up to this point.

That is, Jacen walking into a room full of Yuuzhan Vong, including Tsavong Lah, and rescuing his mother on the strength of a Force-induced whirlwind!

Although the Peace Brigade were introduced the book prior to this one, this scene essentially started the Jedi purge. On the heels of his defeat against Jacen, Lah tactically embroils the galaxy in a war amongst themselves (with the Jedi) and buys themselves some more time before the surge towards Coruscant - all in an announcement.

I'd suspect this would be a real fun scene to draw too . . .

 

I'm not a Jacen lover by any standard, but I will give credit where credit is due. That was an awesome scene.

 

indeed that was a good scene that made balance point worth reading and finally kinda shut him up a bit with his ideals/worries haha.

i just also thought about doing a "group" picture of the strike team in SBS, although now that i think about it, it wouldn't be too easy since there isn't a place where you can find out the character's sizes...hmm oh well. i'll figure something out.

I would have to agree with infiltrator's suggestion of jaina firing off some force lightning.
