FYI, if anyone wants to read a recap of the game and the characters you can be, here is a link to an older post of mine.

It is pretty important to get a character you are comfortable with... granted, in any given game, any character can win, but some more balanced charaters are easier to play (and therefore, win).

I read over the rules again, and I was wondering if it would be to someone's advantage to use a character with only one sidekick? Characters who have two sidekicks (i.e. clonetroppers) would be at a disadvantage because people would be able to get two full points for killing these minor, weaker characters. So if that made sense, I propose a change in the point system:

Main character: 2 points

Major sidekicks(i.e. Chewie, Leih, Padme, Greedo, Zam): 1 point

Minor Sidekciks(clones, imp gaurds, battle droids, stormtroopers): .5 points

Hmmm... that's a pretty good thought, Fluke.

There certainly is something to be said for for killing off Leia with so much life versus a battle droid.

I don't think he'll get this before the tourney, so bring it up then and there.

I really wanted to go and CrUsH all of you, as I am the chosen one. However, I've just found out that my cousin is in town for the weekend, and my grandmother has already made plans for me. Which is cool, considering I haven't seen her in awhile.

I really wanted to finaly meet yinz guys.

I guess good luck to all participating.

(If you still want the entry fee for my, I'd still be willing to pay it, as I'm backing out last minute).

Dave... Greencat noticed your message before she came over, and informed us you wouldn't be there. Bummer, since I was hoping to meet you, but I hope you had fun with your family. Tourney was a success, and everyone had a good time. Don't even worry about the entry fee, as you didn't even get to play. I'm gonna post a message about the tourney in another thread to let everyone know what went down in a little bit of detail.
