    Hey all, I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm going in to hospital sometime in this next week (fun times). You probably wouldn't notice my absence but hey, I'm trying to garner some sympathy here. :D

    So I'll be out of commission for a week and minus one gall bladder, but hopefully much better for it. I'll let you know more specifics when I know (tomorrow), but I'll be at the Mater.

    Please don't feel the need to visit because I'll probably be asleep or yelling very uncharacteristically at the nurses (which I apparently do). After I'm back at home I hope to be up to getting on the net at least. :)

    So wish me luck and ttyl!

    Best of luck imzadi!!! I hate hospitals as a rule but by God you're glad of them when you need one. I hope it all goes well.

    Well, I guess I'd best jump onto this bandwagon... Good luck Imzadi. :D Atleast your hospital adventures haven't involved masturbating commuters ....yet. :eek:

    Well on my fourth doctor's visit in a week, he (a specialist) kindly told me that what the other docs had been saying was pretty much rubbish. Thanks for the well wishes, but turns out surgery isn't needed all that urgently, so the fabulous rice diet I was on was for nothing.

    But uh... thanks! [face_blush]

    I am still going to hospital this Tuesday, but only for a few hours for some double-checking tests.

    Thanks again! [face_blush]

    * Geeky bit:

    We've only just started using Leeches again. Lab-bred Leeches and Maggots are being brought back into the Medical System, apparently the best form of treatment in some instances..

    However Imzadi, I don't think you're going to be treated with those. :)

    Maggots are good for bad infections as they eat the rotting dead flesh and leave the healthy.
