    He's got his own planet,
    Although it's kind of wild.
    Wookies love him.
    Women love him.
    He's got a winning smile!
Though he may seem cool and cocky,
He's more sensitive than he seems,

    Han Solo,
    What a man! Solo.
    He's every princess's dream!

Actually, since Harrison has been is so many thriller actio type films, he's perfect to host a show devoted to them. I for one will be watching...it's my favorite genre.

Oh yeah, and Bria, I finally saw What Lies Beneath. I actually liked it, even if you did tell me how it ends.

Aahhhhh! I sit for 2 f@#*ing hours watching this damn show and they put SW at number 27! It should have been much higher. I still could have lived with it, but then they had to pour salt on the wound with "Titanic" at #25 ahead of SW! I could have crapped a better movie than Titanic! That so pisses me off! And none of the sequels on the list at all as they said Terminator 2 is the only sequel on the list! What a f%@#ing joke!

I won't disagree with Hitchcock being at the top of the Thriller list (nobody does suspense like Hitchcock), but Titanic beating out SW?! Come on...

The only thing thrilling about Titanic was Leonardo and some of the effects. And Luke and SW beats on both accounts!

Yeah, that totally bummed me out. Titanic AHEAD of Star Wars! I would have even though 2001 one would be up further! I was glad that Raiders of the Lost Ark made #10 and all, though.

I was disappointed that Back to the Future didn't make the list at all.

Remember - this is AFI's Thriller movie list. NOT the greatest movie list of all time. On that one, Star Wars ranked #15, with Leo and the rest of the dogpile not even appearing on the list.

Now, go to AFI's website, and look at the public's choices for top 100 thrill films, 6 of the top ten are by a certain flanneled director, with the top 5 reading ANH, ESB, Raiders, ROTJ and Jurassic Park. The other Indy films are at 9 & 10.

    To Jedi-Jeff, you must listen.

I enjoyed the show, regardless of whether I agreed with AFI's opinions. And I kept that in mind the entire time. I'm used to keeping in mind every year at Oscar time, that those are the Academy's picks, and that their opinion is certainly valid, but so are most if not all opinions. But they are only that, opinions.

I love movies, and love to watch reviews and highlights of them. I personally was glad to see Alien make it up pretty high on the list. That is probably my second favorite scary sci-fi pic, first favorite being T-1. And as far as sheer scariness Alien was a lot scarier than T-1, I thought. But then... Heck, now I'm second guessing my own opinions. What the heck do I hang around these forums for anyway? :D
